The Military Analyst will provide systems engineering support to the Strategic & Operational Rocket and Missile Systems (STORM) Project Management Office (PMO). This role involves offering technical expertise on Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) as it interfaces with Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) and High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), including tactical radio communications. The analyst will manage multiple technical tasks and personnel requirements, prepare documentation and training material for software updates to MLRS, HIMARS and other STORM products, and conduct analysis of operational and software capabilities. Additionally, the role includes supporting MLRS and HIMARS software fielding activities and New Equipment Training (NET), CONUS/OCONUS by conducting unit-level training, translating operational requirements into detailed software/system requirements, and developing new concepts in MLRS and HIMARS capabilities related to communications and mission execution.
Responsibilities- Support all levels of staff, including peers, team members, management, and customers.
- Provide technical support to test and fielding team members to ensure correct solutions for operational users are provided.
- Develop new concepts in C2 and FAL capabilities related to communications and mission execution.
- Track and report software deficiencies identified by operational users according to project processes and procedures.
- Translate operational requirements into detailed software/system requirements, US/FMS.
- Prepare training materials and conduct unit-level training.
- Support MLRS and HIMARS software fielding activities and NETs, CONUS/OCONUS.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
- Willingness and ability to travel, including international travel (more than 50%).
- Valid U.S. Passport.
- U.S. Secret Clearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite to develop briefing products.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs or more.

Compensation range: $52,200.00 - $123,800.00. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
