Additional Qualifications:
1. More than 7 years of proven experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
2. More than 7 years of experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle
3. More than 7 years of experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including an understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
4. More than 7 years of experience with DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
5. 2+ years of experience working in a federal or state government setting (Health and Human Services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc. preferred)
6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
7. More than 7 years of experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL, as well as experience with NoSQL databases
