The client is a private equity backed C&I developer led by a leadership team who's collectively developed 10GW of projects. They have a robust pipeline of operational projects with more projects coming online.

They're seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Associate/Senior Associate to join their Finance team. This role primarily focuses on the analysis and execution of project finance transactions, including debt and tax equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analyses, conduct due diligence, and create presentations to support investment decisions.
• Provide analytical and execution support for debt and tax equity transactions
• Assist in managing relationships with external partners, such as debt and tax equity providers.
• Help prepare investment memoranda for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, emerging markets, technologies, and relevant federal and state policies.
• Stay agile and adapt to changes in both the company and the evolving renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience executing renewables project finance transactions
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field of study
