What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for patients, creating an exceptional experience.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and maintain a warm, inviting reception area.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via messaging.
• Gather, double‑check, and process patient information, forms, and payments.
• Schedule appointments, maintain records, and support providers for a seamless experience.

Qualifications / Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. No visa sponsorship.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Medical office, procedure/exam room, and laboratory environments — exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
