We are seeking a Remote Travel Support professional to assist clients throughout their travel journey, from planning and preparation to post-booking support. In this work-from-home role, you will provide reliable guidance, manage travel-related requests, and help ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Assist with travel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and internal procedures
  • Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed
  • Resolve inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or support roles preferred

Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote, home-based environment

Comfortable learning and using booking systems and digital tools

Interest in travel and helping clients feel confident and supported
