- The ServiceNow Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform through 24x7 operational support.
- This role acts as the single point of accountability for ServiceNow run operations, driving adherence to platform standards, operational playbooks, and service excellence across core platform, ITSM, ITOM, Security, HRSD, and enterprise applications supported by ServiceNow.
- Own end-to-end operations for Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management across the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure 24x7 SLA adherence, platform monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
- Manage platform and application upgrades (monthly, ad-hoc, and bi-annual), ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with standards.
- Oversee AI Agent functionality, AI Ops alerts, integrations maintenance, and Snowflake data movement and reporting support.
