We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Advisory Services team and oversee program activities across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with client goals and milestones. You will manage processes such as procurement, risk management, and document control, while leading the development of program management plans and procedures. You will have flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, coming into the office for client and team collaboration, and will report to Advisory Services leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee project/program activities across multiple disciplines, including owner’s advisory services, procurement, construction management, technical engineering services, strategic communications, Equity & Social Justice (ESJ), outreach and engagement, and other functions.
- Ensure comprehensive project/program scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, and process oversight, maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
- Lead the creation and implementation of program management plans and procedures, supporting efficient project/program execution.
- Develop and align program schedules with milestones and client goals.
- Provide expertise in contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to enhance program planning and execution strategies.
- Participate in business development, RFP support, and client presentations, contributing to department growth and project pursuit efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary project/program activities.
- Experience overseeing owner’s advisory services, procurement strategies, construction management, technical engineering services, strategic communications, Equity & Social Justice (ESJ) initiatives, and outreach.
- Expertise in client goal analysis through scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and report tracking.
- Preferred alternative/collaborative delivery experience. Prefer GC/CM (i.e., CM/GC or CMAR).
- Experience with contract analysis and the ability to perform constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and risk assessments.
- PMP or other relevant certification is preferred.
Base salary for this position is in the range of $160,000–$200,000. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, compensation includes performance-based bonuses and annual reviews, prioritizing transparency and internal pay equity.
