Responsibilities
We are looking for a strong ABAP developer with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience. The individual would be responsible for:
- Developing integrations based off functional specifications and/or modifying based on feedback
- Updating documentation as needed
- Addressing payroll integration defects and troubleshooting; working with the business analysts, vendors and functional business owners to resolve
- Follow changecontrol procedures for any integration modifications.
- Provide clear, businessfocused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve code and data quality.
- 3-5 years of handson experience developing and maintaining payroll/finance integrations in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures.
- Proven ability to translate functional specifications into integrations performing key business processes.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP ABAP certification.
- Technical experience with of APIs, middleware, or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python)
- Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items.
- Experience with robotic process automation or AI-driven code tools.
- Prior experience supporting largescale transformation programs
