About the Role
We’re hiring Post-Harvest Technicians to support all post-cultivation processing, including trimming, drying, curing, weighing, and packaging cannabis products (flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates). This team ensures all products meet quality, compliance, and hygiene standards before reaching customers.
Post-Harvest Technicians:
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $17/hr
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Location: Hagerstown, Maryland
What You’ll Do
- Trim, dry, cure, and manicure cannabis flower
- Weigh, label, and track inventory
- Produce and package flower, pre-rolls, and other goods
- Weigh, measure, and package non-flower products
- Label and track inventory accurately
- Maintain clean, sanitized, food-grade work areas
- Follow SOPs and state compliance protocols
- Assist packaging and processing teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Must meet Maryland state age requirements (21+)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict SOPs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently
- Comfortable working around plant matter, dust, humidity, and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent (experience preferred)
Requirements
- Must pass Maryland fingerprinting background check (badging cost: $75 out of pocket)
- Must bring a new, clean pair of shoes for Day 1 (state compliance requirement)
- Approval & badging process takes approximately 2 weeks
