You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user behavior, design principles, and usability best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, consistent, and user-friendly
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and improve design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards
- Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced development environments
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality and business goals
