This role will initially be remote but may require onsite visits at various locations in the NYC area in the future. Standard business hours. Candidates will be developing a platform loosely coupled, event-driven architecture with a heavy focus on resiliency. This platform will serve as a trusted source of the truth.

Experience with React Web Client Performance Optimization o Experience with Video Streaming with a React Application

Experience/Responsibilities
- Full Stack Developer with a specialized focus on developing web-based applications (i.e. React framework preferred) with a component of geographic awareness and analytics
- Developing web-based frontends (react preferred), API Services to support applications, automation test and data services utilizing C# and .Net Core
- Modern Web App framework experience (i.e., React)
- C# experience required
- ARC GIS web development experience required using the Arc GIS JavaScript API and controls
- Experience with ARC GIS application/portal. In particular building web maps and layers that will be used ARC GIS JavaScript API and other ARC GIS components
- Ability to work on a small agile team developing applications, services, and experiences that provide situational awareness and geographic analysis capabilities to end users on multiple devices.
- Applications will primarily be web-based however unique situational awareness scenarios will be handled by purpose-built dedicated iOS application
- Experience in developing web-based front ends with GIS components, and microservices and familiarity with both open source and Microsoft dev stack of products.
