Job Description:
This job acquires, designs, implements and operates the organizations' information technology resources, including computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications.
Resolves IT Services problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support/ installs internal customer computer hardware, software, some network, system issues and RF scanners and Printronix or Zebra Label printers works in AD.
Diagnose, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems with hardware.
Established and productive professional individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
Maintains and updates record and tracking databases for IT Service incidents. Uses expertise in customer service and technical knowledge to resolve issues surrounding installation, usage and basic training on software and /or hardware products.
Works closely with management to mitigate recurring problems, adheres to safety Procedures, security procedures.
