We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Call Center Representative to join our growing team! This role begins on-site in Auburn, MA for training and transitions to a remote (work-from-home) position once training is successfully completed.

Schedule

  • Training: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)
  • Regular Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Overtime: Occasionally available (voluntary)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in Portuguese and English
  • Assist with account updates and customer inquiries
  • Process applications and customer documentation
  • Maintain high standards for performance and attendance

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (required)
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and reliability
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be able to commute to Auburn, MA for training
