We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Call Center Representative to join our growing team! This role begins on-site in Auburn, MA for training and transitions to a remote (work-from-home) position once training is successfully completed.

Schedule
- Training: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (on-site)
- Regular Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Overtime: Occasionally available (voluntary)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in Portuguese and English
- Assist with account updates and customer inquiries
- Process applications and customer documentation
- Maintain high standards for performance and attendance
Qualifications
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (required)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to commute to Auburn, MA for training
