Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy and behavioral health services to clients across Wyoming. This role is centered on clinical care, progress tracking, and helping people work through emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns in a structured and supportive setting. You will be responsible for delivering consistent care, maintaining clear records, and helping clients make measurable progress over time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions for individuals
- Complete client intakes and clinical evaluations
- Create treatment goals that reflect each client’s needs and circumstances
- Keep detailed and accurate progress notes
- Review client response to treatment and make clinical adjustments when needed
- Provide crisis support and safety planning when appropriate
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in the state of Wyoming
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health support
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning
