The position requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing excellent care to patients in a fast-paced Med/Surg Telemetry environment. As an MS/Tele RN, you will be responsible for managing patients with cardiac and medical conditions, providing continuous telemetry monitoring, and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patientsMonitor and interpret ECG rhythms, ensuring accurate documentation and timely interventionAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedPerform assessments, develop nursing care plans, and coordinate care with the healthcare teamProvide patient education and support to patients and their familiesWork collaboratively with physicians, charge nurses, and other team membersMaintain patient safety and comfort at all timesParticipate in the Rapid Response Team as neededMust work at least every other holiday during the contract periodRequirements:Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (must have permanent MS/Tele experience prior to travel)Ohio RN license or compact state license in handCurrent AHA BLS and ACLS certificationsRecent Epic charting experience (within the last 6 months) is requiredECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation (acceptable score required)Must provide one recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in the specialtyAbility to work at least every other holiday during the contract periodFor more details reach at or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807.
