Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager; Procurement, Contract, & Program Management to support a fast-paced business function undergoing organizational transition and expansion. This individual will play a critical role in providing continuity across operational, project, procurement, and contract-related activities, while helping absorb and coordinate responsibilities across multiple legacy workstreams.

This person will serve as a highly organized operator who can bring structure, follow-through, and visibility to a broad portfolio of priorities. The ideal candidate combines project/program management experience, contract and SOW administration, vendor coordination, and strong cross-functional communication skills. They should be comfortable working at both a strategic and hands-on level, helping leadership manage day-to-day execution while also improving process consistency over time.

This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in environments where priorities are evolving, multiple stakeholders are involved, and there is a need to create order, accountability, and momentum across a diverse set of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support across a wide range of business operations, project coordination, and contract-related activities.
  • Help create continuity across responsibilities that may have previously been managed by multiple individuals or functions.
  • Manage and track Statements of Work (SOWs), contract documentation, renewals, amendments, and related follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate weekly updates across active contracts, project workstreams, outstanding action items, and business priorities.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timelines, deliverables, approvals, and next steps are moving forward appropriately.
  • Support contract and vendor-related communications, including status tracking, documentation management, negotiation follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Drive project and program coordination efforts across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring strong organization, alignment, and execution.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, meeting notes, status reports, and other documentation needed to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, bottlenecks, or missed follow-ups and help drive those items to resolution.
  • Assist in building more scalable processes, operating rhythms, and reporting structures to support the function long term.
  • Balance tactical execution with broader operational support, stepping in where needed to keep initiatives on track.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, contract management, procurement support, vendor management, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting or managing SOWs, contracts, renewals, negotiations, and/or vendor-facing operational processes.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple moving priorities at once while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear updates, summaries, and documentation for business partners and leadership.
  • Ability to operate independently, think proactively, and bring structure to ambiguous or evolving situations.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manager-level or lead coordination role supporting complex operational functions.
  • Background in procurement, sourcing, contract administration, vendor operations, PMO, or business transformation.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and workflow tools used for tracking deliverables, risks, and timelines.
  • Experience supporting functions that sit at the intersection of operations, contracts, vendors, and project execution.
