What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as an expert in AI and Generative AI technologies, staying current on emerging tools and methodologies
• Coach and mentor leaders across the organization in Generative AI concepts and best practices
• Design, build, test, and refine generative AI solutions for various business use cases
• Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes
• Partner with data science and operations teams to co-design production-ready AI solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in process management, change management, or field leadership in P&C or Group Benefits
• Proven ability to design and deploy AI-driven solutions in a business context
• Proficiency in data analysis, hypothesis testing, and solution optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
