Do you want to use your leadership skills to guide a dedicated team supporting adults on their sobriety journey? Join Lutheran Social Services is hiring a Program Supervisor for L.E. Phillips, a new 50‑bed residential treatment program for adults in Chippewa Falls set to open late spring/early summer 2026! The program will be providing substance use disorder treatment and restorative justice services.

This Co‑Supervisor role shares day‑to‑day program oversight, staff support, and operational leadership to ensure high‑quality, compliant, and compassionate care.

What You'll Do
  • Provide leadership for daily program operations
  • Ensure quality services that meet licensing, contract, and best‑practice standards
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate program staff
  • Identify and support staff training needs
  • Conduct case record reviews, case consultation, and occasional direct care
  • Manage budget expenditures and support annual budget development
  • Uphold agency policies, mission, values, and service standards
  • Facilitate staff meetings and ensure strong team communication
  • Support a safe and positive environment for clients and colleagues
What You Need
  • Associate's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social services or related field; experience with similar populations preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
  • SAC-IT required; SAC or CSAC strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal, written, and technology skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and model professionalism
