Thomas J. Henry Law is hiring a Briefing/Research Attorney to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This is a great opportunity to build litigation skills in a fast‑paced, result‑driven environment.

Salary and Compensation

Salary: $100,000 annually. Bonus: up to $6,000 quarterly bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery.


• Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials.


• Assist in deposition and trial preparation.


• Learn strategies for plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation.

Qualifications

• JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas.


• 0–3 years of personal injury experience.


• Excellent legal writing and research skills.


• Valid TX driver’s license; good driving record.


• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
