Position

Full‑time Licensed Residential Program Manager

Location

Adult Family Home (AFH)

Shifts

Full‑time position, primarily 1st shift with night, weekend, and on‑call responsibilities. Typically Monday‑Friday business hours, with nights and weekends as needed.

Compensation

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Lead the facility: Oversee daily operations, ensuring client needs are met and all shifts are covered.
• Supervise staff: Directly supervise and support all assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing training to ensure employee success.
• Provide care: Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Support clients: Contribute to grocery shopping, meal preparation, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Administer medications: Ensure prescribed medications are administered and accurate documentation is maintained.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience.
• Driver’s license: Valid driver's license with car insurance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
