As a Development Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that align with business goals and technical standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and testing code to deliver functionality aligned with business strategy and objectives
- Implementing features from the product backlog in partnership with product owners and engineering teams
- Estimating and sizing user stories and contributing to sprint planning activities
- Writing unit tests, building automated test scripts, and executing testing-related tasks
- Validating deliverables against user story acceptance criteria
- Creating and maintaining required project and technical documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivered features meet business and technical needs
- Following industry-standard agile software development and documentation practices
- Partnering with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to deliver reliable and secure solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a software or development engineering role
- 1-3 years of experience working in an agile development environment
- Strong experience with test-driven development and software test automation
- Demonstrated experience working with agile methodologies (e.g., user stories, iterative development, sprint planning)
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Java

- RDBMS (Relational Databases)
- Redis
- Grafana
- Scrum certification
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch
- Exposure to GenAI concepts or tools
