Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a min 9+ years of experienced Salesforce Developer to support new development initiatives and large-scale system enhancements for an enterprise application. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment, with strong communication and client-facing skills.
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 10+ Minimum Experience
- Minimum 8 years of Salesforce Development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and customization
- Strong experience working in Agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications and solutions
- Deliver new development work and comprehensive enhancements
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Participate in requirements gathering, sprint planning, and design discussions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and performance issues
- Follow Salesforce best practices for development, security, and deployment
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
