Overview

A cutting-edge, tech-forward Private Equity firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their recruiting efforts and act as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Human Resources. This is an in-office role, five days a week, based in Manhattan.

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr. Additional compensation: Annual Bonus.

Responsibilities
  • High volume and complex calendar management for the Head of HR and internal recruitment scheduling
  • Greeting candidates onsite and preparing interview rooms and assessments
  • Coordinate with interviewers and recruiters, prepping interviewers before meetings and ensuring all materials are attached to invites
  • Travel coordination and expense reports when necessary
  • Assist with the recruiting process from job postings to pitches, candidate selection, reference checks and onboarding
  • Manage recruiting technologies and systems for the firm
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of administrative experience or prior recruiting coordination experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Finance industry experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy
  • Able to work with discretion and efficiency
Salary

$110k-$135k base salary range + bonus eligible and benefits
