General Description: Perma-Chink Systems is ready to add an amazing new team member that possesses strong work ethics (leading by example) with integrity, compassion, organized, self-motivated, with follow-through competences, combined with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for attention to detail. This position will be responsible for growing territory sales in Perma-Chink Systems Stevensville, MToffice and will oversee the Inside Sales and warehouse team.
Overview of Role and Responsibilities:
- Relationship building with customers, including data mining & finding new opportunities to grow territory sales.
- Continual evaluation and implementation of excellence in Customer Service through sales staff training, encouragement and by example.
- Capture & promote both local & territory Advertising, Marketing and Social Media outreach opportunities.
- Ability to act within Company Policies & Guidelines to fulfill work duties & customer requests.
- Motivate & encourage staff while promoting teamwork in the local office as well as the satellite offices.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in prospects and convert them into sales.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, estimate projects and order entry & processing.
- Become trained & stay updated on our products, trends & technical information.
- Schedule, organize and present workshops, and provide branch support participation at territory trade shows.
- Maintain organized, professional branch (interior & exterior), providing proactive maintenance and proper upkeep.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
- Oversee warehouse staff & inventory; remain current on shipping procedures and product preparations.
- Completion of weekly report to include information on interactions and updates of commercial customers and industry trends.
- Timely submission of expense reports to accounting.
- Work as a team and encourage positive rapport with all locations.
- HR support includes handling employee evaluations, recognition, infractions, PTO requests, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience & KSA considered.
- Exceptional, professional communication skills, both verbal & written. Excellent, active listening skills are necessary.
- Dependable to work regular hours Mon. - Fri. and an occasional Saturday workshop or weekend trade show.
- Ability to engage customers to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Aptitude for multi-tasking, initiative for self-motivation, & keen problem-solving skills.
- Detailed oriented with accuracy, especially when following up with customers & support personnel.
- Professional demeanor, tidy appearance; friendly, outgoing personality.
- Computer, e-mail & data entry skills required. Proficiency in MS Excel & Outlook skills are mandatory.
- Public speaking and/or product demo experience is necessary.
Compensation:
- $63,000 - $72,000 per year DOE and a potential annual profit-sharing bonus.
