Retail Supervisor must function as part of the management team, providing the first level of supervision for the culinary and food service assistant personnel. The retail supervisor will execute the following production areas: Retail food production, staff supervision, cooking to quality standards, and sanitation. Supervisor must also be able to follow cash handling procedures, invoicing, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as assigned. This leader will demonstrate constructive, positive, professional behavior at all times. Major emphasis is on the culinary areas and sanitation with secondary duties in other department areas.

- Communicate tactfully with staff, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.

Requirements- Education and work experience: High school diploma or GED (preferred culinary degree).
- 3 years of direct supervision experience in a kitchen.
- Prior high volume food service and people management skills.
- ServSafe certification required—willing to obtain within first six months of employment.
