Job Summary
Join the dynamic Home Professionals, based at 135 Park Ave in Lake Havasu City, as a committed Real Estate Agent. In this role, you will thrive in an engaging and rewarding environment, guiding clients through the exciting journey of purchasing and selling properties. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting buyers and sellers by effectively marketing homes and negotiating optimal prices and contract terms. Responsibilities
- Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
- Conduct open houses and accompany clients on property tours.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about properties to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with the lead agent to schedule showings and manage client appointments.
- Ensure all properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and cleanliness.
- Gather client feedback and report to the lead agent to refine property searches.
- Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend showings.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and mobile applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
