About this RoleCambridge Associates is seeking a dedicated and motivated Investment Analyst to join their Sustainable and Impact Investing (SII) Research Team in London. As part of this dynamic team, the analyst will work on researching sustainable and impact investment strategies across various asset classes, with a special focus on private investments. The role involves collaboration with Investment Directors and global colleagues to support the development of the firm’s SII research platform through operational, analytical, and thematic projects. Responsibilities- Conduct fund manager research and prepare written deliverables for Investment Directors and clients.
- Actively participate in meetings with fund managers and manage fund research pipeline.
- Lead reference calls, due diligence project management, and data analysis.
- Provide support to Investment Directors for quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Develop and maintain internal content related to impact investing, ESG, and DEI.
- Respond to impact investing, ESG, and DEI related questions from asset class research and client teams.
- Train colleagues on sustainable and ESG investing analysis using software tools.
- Work on thematic projects, such as publishing research reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree with a record of high academic achievement.
- Demonstrated interest in investing and capital markets.
