- Nice to Have: Cognos and Theia
- Min 10+ yrs of developer work experience in IBM BPM/BAW products.
- Excellent knowledge on Business Process Management latest Library, Business Process Model & Notations and Workflow patterns.
- trong experience in Java (J2SE, J2EE) , IBM WebSphere, XML, XSL and related technologies
- Hands-on experience in WAS & BAW administration and upgradation.
- Experience in UI technologoies, Javascript for website design if needed.
