Part-time benefits will vary. 1. Job Summary: The Senior Program Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of civic education programs for the YMCA Center for Youth Voice. This role provides essential administrative and operational support for both conference and non-conference programs, including registration, communication, logistics, and evaluation. This position also contributes to the ongoing improvement of program content and participant experience. The Senior Program Coordinator works independently to manage projects, supports volunteers, and communicates regularly with students, families, and partners to ensure high-quality program delivery. 2. Essential Functions: Provide ongoing support in the delivery of YMCA Center for Youth Voice conferences and programs and supervision for designated program staff. Coordinate program operations including registration, scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication. Serve as a primary point of contact for students, families, and program participants, delivering responsive and high-quality customer service. Assist in updating, organizing, and improving program curriculum and content in collaboration with the Director of Civic Leadership. Help facilitate program activities and provide on-site or virtual support during conferences and events as needed. Manage assigned projects with a high level of independence, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Assist with program evaluation efforts, including collecting feedback, analyzing participant data, and supporting continuous improvement. Perform administrative duties necessary to support program success, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and tracking program data. Represent the YMCA Center for Youth Voice in communications with community partners and stakeholders as appropriate 3. Relationships: This position reports to the Director of Civic Leadership, who reports to the Executive Director. The incumbent regularly interacts with diverse groups of people. 4. Qualifications: Required Minimum of two (2) years of experience in program coordination, education, youth development, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently, with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Strong organizational and administrative skills, including experience coordinating logistics, schedules, and program materials. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, families, volunteers, and partners. Experience providing high-quality customer service and building positive relationships with diverse participants and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning new systems (e.g., registration platforms, databases). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Commitment to working with and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. 5.
