The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams and field leadership to drive execution
- Handle RFI/submittal flow, change orders, procurement, and reporting
- Keep projects moving smoothly while maintaining quality and profitability
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a PM
- Confident leading projects independently with strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive under pressure
- Comfortable working across a mix of renovations and ground-up builds
- Up to $150K base salary, plus bonus eligibility
- Mileage and travel expenses covered

- 3+ weeks PTO plus sick time
