We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager with flooring experience to manage inventory, support project scheduling, and handle admin tasks. Must be organized, reliable, and comfortable taking customer and vendor calls.

Key Duties:

• Manage warehouse inventory and materials (flooring products)
• Support job scheduling and coordinate deliveries
• Use QuickBooks for inventory, POs, and job costing
• Take incoming calls and assist with customer/vendor communication
• Work with crews to ensure projects run smoothly

Requirements:

• Experience in flooring or construction warehousing
• Strong QuickBooks skills
• Project scheduling knowledge
• Professional communication skills
• Forklift experience a plus
