- Working closely with IT, architect and engineer solutions that provide views for the Analytic Data Warehouse, including design, building, and upkeep.
- Assemble, test, process, and maintain the Analytic Discovery Platform for the analytics organizations, maintaining pipelines with key analytic platforms throughout the organization.
- Integrate alternative analytic data systems into the operational data flow for analytics teams, including ingesting purchased products or modeled/derived data.
- Lead functional efforts for assigned projects with limited supervision, guiding intermediate contributors and meeting with customers for specific projects.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Healthcare Informatics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

- Master's Degree in Management Information Systems.
- 3 - 5 years of Data Analytics experience.
- 3 years of experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Spark, GCP Tools, Databricks, PySpark).
- 3 years of building ETL and Data Integration pipelines in Python/PySpark; knowledge of Informatica is a plus.
- 3 years using Power BI and Tableau for reporting (Power BI preferred).
- 3 years working with on‑prem databases such as Oracle, Teradata, and DB2.
- 3 years with cloud platforms (GCP and Azure) and their data services.
- 3 years of deep SQL and Unix experience.
- 3 years designing and developing data solutions in healthcare; HEDIS experience is a big plus.
- 3 years translating requirements, design mockups, prototypes, or user stories into technical designs.
- 3 years writing fault‑tolerant, efficient, and maintainable data‑related code.
- Strong programming skills in Python/PySpark with direct ETL experience.
- Reporting expertise in Power BI and Tableau.
- Deep understanding of data and ETL architecture.
- Experience with cloud‑based data platforms (preferably GCP with Databricks/Apache Spark).< /li>
- Proven track record implementing advanced data engineering solutions using SDLC principles.

Pay Range Minimum: $94,200.00
Pay Range Maximum: $151,000.00
