Cloud Engineer
Wayne, PA (Hybrid)
This team is a significant part of a modernization project, moving Control-M to the cloud. Control-M has a cloud product along with their SaaS and FaaS solutions, but the Vanguard side of this will be sitting in AWS.
Strong Python Development skills are needed.
Strong AWS Experience required (Lambdas, EC2
Should have Cloud Formation or similar.
*They are looking at this as an AWS/Cloud Developer with Python development experience (not vice-versa)
**Interview process is typically about a 45 minute panel interview.

Responsibilities
- Provides advanced level technical support for complex projects. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves hardware or software issues that span multiple technology domains, as elevated from the team. Develops technical standards and documentation. Designs, implements, and deploys cloud platforms to support and meet business needs. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions. Provides advanced level technical support and ensures reliable operation of cloud production. Troubleshoots software systems on cloud computing platforms and system integration into existing cloud computing platforms. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms.
Qualifications
AWS Services: Proficiency in using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda and ECS
