Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience, to join our regional fleet. With consistent freight and milage, our routes offer regular weekly home time, a good weekly pay-check and a full benefits package from day one. This position is for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full on support in their trucking carer.
- Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday)
- Safety and performance bonus opportunities.

- Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
- Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL‑A.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
- Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
