What You 46;ll Do

• Make 100 50;150 outbound calls daily to patients beginning treatment
• Educate patients on how to use their prescribed rehab device
• Answer questions and provide clear, confident guidance
• Assist with basic billing and insurance-related questions
• Deliver a positive, empathetic patient experience throughout the process
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics
• Accurately document all interactions in CRM/ERP systems

What We 46;re Looking For

• Previous telesales, inside sales, or call center experience required
• Strong communication, persuasion, and call-control skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Teams, and general computer navigation
• Quick learner with experience using CRM/ERP systems
• Positive, energetic, and patient-focused mindset
• Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL
