We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role will support managed services and internal operations, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams. The objective is to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve the overall service experience for enterprise customers.

- Strong experience with ITSM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) and their integration with ITSM workflows
- Experience working in a managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environment preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
