PM Chef (Full-Time) — Either/Or Come join our culinary team!! This role is perfect for someone who has a lead-by-example leadership style, thrives in high-volume situations, and cares about providing our loyal fan base with high-quality food.  What This Role Actually Looks Like: You keep the line moving and make sure food goes out consistently and at a high standard.   You lead the back-of-house team on PM shifts, overseeing hands-on cooking, directing prep, managing tickets, and keeping everyone aligned and focused.   You help shape the menu by contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and weekly specials. You will build leadership skills, such as coaching, training, and developing a strong, reliable BOH team.  You will gain experience in both day-to-day service and event execution, making this a well-rounded role for long-term growth!  Key Responsibilities: Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, with a focus on PM service execution.  Lead, train, and mentor back-of-house staff to maintain consistency, efficiency, and morale.  Oversee prep and production to ensure readiness for service and events.  Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization.  Assist in developing and executing seasonal menus and weekly specials.   Step in wherever needed as this is a leadership role, not a station-only position.  Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience.
