Owner Operators
Additional Compensation:
- Owner Operators start at 65% of revenue + accessorial pay
- Safety Bonuses
- $2,000 Referral Bonus (For Drivers Referring New Hires - Extended Pay Out)
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
- Payout Structure
- $1,000 paid out after the first billed load
- $1,000 paid out on the 30-day mark (This will go towards the owner operator escrow.)
- $1,500 paid out on the 6-month mark
- $1,500 paid out on the 1-year mark

Requirements:
- 1 year tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
- 6 month tanker experience
- Class A-CDL with Hazmat and Tanker
- TWIC Application Proof/Receipt
- Owner Operators must provide their own equipment
