Parkway Ford is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Service Department Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling incoming and outgoing service calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting our service advisors.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound service calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with customers, and assist with service campaigns
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and management
- Update and maintain customer information in the dealership management system
- Provide basic service information and direct calls appropriately
- Deliver a positive, consistent customer experience on every interaction
- Previous call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer skills; dealership DMS experience a plus
