- Hands-on experience with RentalMan, RPG, RPGLE Concept - Must needed with more than 5 years of minimum experience
- Production Support experience
- Agile Knowledge
- Prior experience with Retail industry is a MUST for this position
- Knowledge of Visual Explain and performance tools on IBMiiSeriesAS400 platform
- Knowledge and use of IBM Rational Developer for i (RDi source, debug, etc. tool)
- Knowledge of source control software (Aldon) on IBMiiSeriesAS400 platform
- Analyze business requirements then design, create, and maintain applications using SQLRPGLE on IBMiiSeriesAS400 platform
- Prepare detailed design specifications from which programs will be written, coded, tested, debugged, and documented
