Core Responsibilities:
- Lead vibrant Sunday gatherings and cast vision for community engagement
- Cultivate a welcoming, multi-generational community rooted in belonging and discipleship
- Identify and develop lay leaders across ministries-hospitality, formation, outreach
- Initiate a strategic outreach plan connecting with both affluent and underserved communities
- Oversee partnership activation with groups like MAM and Social Motion
- Engage in cross-campus collaboration on shared campaigns, teaching, and outreach
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic and visionary leader with a heart for spiritual formation and evangelism
- Charismatic communicator with strong relational intelligence
- Skilled at managing change and galvanizing people toward a new vision
- Familiar with multisite systems and pastoral care models
- Able to evaluate space and programming needs with a growth lens
