Senior Analyst, Transformation supports strategic transformation initiatives within TFB Revenue Operations. The focus is on Sales and Marketing functional areas, identifying opportunities and implementing new processes, tools, practices, automation and AI initiatives. The role collaborates closely with Revenue Ops, TFB and IT to align insights, requirements and execution plans, bridging the gap between data and action by translating strategic objectives into analytical outputs and project support.

This role is available in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX, offering a hybrid schedule with three days a week in-office collaboration.

  • Lead advanced analysis efforts of complex systems and processes, translating findings into actionable insights to support transformation objectives.
  • Contribute to process and system redesign by documenting current and future state, defining business requirements and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate multi‑functional input and project tracking for small to mid‑sized workstreams.
  • Develop visualizations, summaries and reports that support leadership decision‑making.
  • Foster strong partnerships with multi‑functional teams to support implementation of solutions.
  • Support development of cost/benefit analyses and ROI justification for proposed changes.
  • Assist in change enablement activities, including creation of training materials, partner communications and process documentation.
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent experience (required).
  • 2‑4 years of experience in transformation, business analysis or process improvement.
  • 2‑4 years of experience in business case development.
  • 2‑4 years of experience in operational reporting or dashboard development.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Multi‑functional collaboration experience working with cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, Ops, HR or others) to align goals, gather inputs and support delivery (required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for stakeholders and document processes clearly (required).
  • Knowledge of enterprise planning workflows and user needs (required).
  • Experience facilitating training sessions and gathering qualitative feedback (required).
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability, applying logical approaches to minimize errors (required).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite (required).
  • Experience with Salesforce (strongly preferred).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base Pay Range: $73,100 - $131,800

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
