GPAC is currently partnering with a well-established food manufacturing facility that is looking to add two Production Supervisors—one for day shift and one for nights.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team, and having a direct impact on production, culture, and performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
  • Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, and other leadership to keep operations running smoothly
  • Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive solutions in real time
  • Communicate shift performance, needs, and improvement opportunities to leadership
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred, not required)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability
  • Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety
  • Experience with production metrics and reporting systems
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable around production equipment
  • Strong communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
