Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Office Support Associate to assist with essential administrative and financial support tasks. This is a part-time, hourly role ideal for someone who can consistently be on-site twice a week to manage mail handling, vendor payments, and bank-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, sort, and process incoming mail.
  • Prepare and manage vendor checks.
  • Deposit checks at the bank as required.
  • Support the vendor check printing process, including coordinating documents and ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain organized records of processed mail and transactions.
  • Perform other light administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or accounting support roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, document handling, printing).
