Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable Office Support Associate to assist with essential administrative and financial support tasks. This is a part-time, hourly role ideal for someone who can consistently be on-site twice a week to manage mail handling, vendor payments, and bank-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and process incoming mail.
- Prepare and manage vendor checks.
- Deposit checks at the bank as required.
- Support the vendor check printing process, including coordinating documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain organized records of processed mail and transactions.
- Perform other light administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative, clerical, or accounting support roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
