- $23-35 / Hour
- Full-Time | Direct-Hire
- Zero Fees -?you’ll?never be charged for any screening service?
- Fast Start Date?
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems; assist with installations as needed (approx. 70% service work)
- Deliver strong customer experiences by resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Educate homeowners on repair options, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and ready-to-go service vehicle and tools
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Desired Skills for HVAC Technician:?
- Post-high school training preferred
- Residential and light commercial HVAC experience
- 10+ years of HVAC service experience in residential and light commercial settings
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to confidently recommend solutions and close sales
- EPA certification and valid driver’s license
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach
