Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Accounts Receivable Supervisor – Irvine, CA

Hybrid opportunity – 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Must be local to Southern California.

Pay

$45–$50/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 AR professionals
• Oversee monthly AR close and ensure consistent processes
• Manage credit approvals, releases, and high-volume reconciliations
• Research and resolve credit holds with effective stakeholder communication
• Review and process credit applications and increases
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups/pivot tables) and familiarity with high-volume reconciliations
• Expertise in credit approvals, releases, and memos
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using MS Teams for meetings and training
