Job Title: Event Bartender (On-Call)
We are seeking reliable bartenders to join our team on an as-needed basis for private events and special functions. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing their own bar setup, and providing professional, efficient service in a fast-paced event environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages
- Operate cash bars and hosted bars depending on event needs
- Set up and break down temporary bar stations, Maintain a clean, organized bar area during service
- Verify IDs and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Provide friendly and professional guest service
- Bartending experience preferred (event bar experience a plus)
- Title 4 Arizona Alcohol Server Certificate Required
- Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, and wine service
- Ability to work independently and manage bar service without supervision
- Comfortable with labor-intensive setups, including lifting ice chests, coolers, and bar equipment
- Professional appearance and strong guest interaction skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Schedule: Event-based / On-call (Typically Thursday- Sundays late Afternoon and Evenings with occasional mid-mornings, about a weeks advanced notice of bar schedule.)
