Job Description:

Join a dedicated team at a rural Critical Access Hospital where your skills as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will be valued. This 13-week travel assignment offers the chance to work 12-hour night and day shifts in a 25-bed facility that handles a mix of acute, observation, and surgical patients. You'll be the go-to professional, often stepping into charge nurse roles and supporting less experienced colleagues, all while navigating a setting that combines independence with team collaboration. Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital is essential, and you'll need to be comfortable managing a patient load of up to five and caring for patients younger than 18 when necessary.

Hourly Rate: Corresponds to an estimated weekly gross of $2,158.96
