- Supporting a migration from an on-prem Telephony solution to Genesys Cloud - this migration needs to be done by July 2025
- This solution is for customer care - customers and providers are able to call in with questions about benefits, claims, and grievances, etc.
- The solution is proprietary and very highly customized to DDMI
- Support road mapping for the cloud migration & the future of the solution - ideally looking for someone who has experience with multiple cloud-based systems and can provide guidance
- Support the migration effort
- Writing and consuming new APIs - Java based
- Design and development of complex IVR systems
- Cloud-based Telephony experience - ideally Genesys Cloud, open to others
- IVR experience
- PBX, VoIP knowledge
- Object oriented programming experience - Java, should know how to write and call APIs
- Genesys Cloud
- Health insurance experience
