We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support the HR team during a transformative period as we implement Workday across the organization.

This role will act as a backup administrator for all Workday modules, including Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, and more, ensuring smooth configuration, support, and integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands‑on configuration and support for Workday HCM modules (Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting).
  • Act as a backup administrator for Workday modules and assist with system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure successful Workday implementation and ongoing support.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Workday integrations and workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Assist with file feeds, data mapping, and integration between Workday and third‑party systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years of Workday hands‑on configuration or support.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM functionality, security, and business process frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Workday Reporting, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with integrations, file feeds, and data mapping between Workday and third‑party systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with Workday integrations and advanced reporting.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compliance standards.
